The customer service was outstanding, providing the best available room for the same price originally booked. My stay at the hotel was such a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and welcoming, but unfortunately, very damp and a bit smelly. The hotel to the Bahamas is charming and felt a bit dated, yet quite comfortable. The service brought one up and 're-set' the a/c, was happy, very helpful, amazing, and super helpful. The location is close to everything, yet tucked away, avoiding noise issues. The dining experience is in a perfect location but with early closure at 7.30am. The facilities are lovely for a boutique stay.
